Desert Dwellers
It is not the best time to visit Egypt
Tbe political and security situations are quite rough currently in Egypt and we recommend people to postpone their visit to Egypt at least for 30 days.
Cairo right now is under curfew from 7PM until 6AM which robs you the joy of Cairo’s vibrant night life.
The exception would be visits to Southern Sinai region (Sharm and Dahab). These are not under curfew and the fun continues as usual.
It is painful for us to make these recommendations but we want visitors to Egypt to get the best time of their lives here.

This road split Alghurmi salt lake in half. On each side you will see the surreal snow white landscape with massive body of water full of natural salt.

Room with a view
How about staying in a place with no noise but the wind, unlimited space with sky as the ceiling and no bed but the soft sand of the Sahara?
Here’s a taste of camping in the desert with Siwawi (pictures taken from a recent May 2013 8 day trip across deserts of Egypt).

A recent customer review
“Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Siwa Fathi! We really enjoyed our stay and Steven will definitely be returning for another adventure in the desert. You made our little adventure perfect with our desert fox friend. We have attached some photos of you, us, and the desert. We hope you will cherish these memories with us.”
